I work delivering employee led transition plans:

• Support analysis of employee opinion audits.
• Undertake baseline climate and nature impact assessments for organisations.
• Identify clear transition actions favoured by employees to progress into a transition plan.
• Create costed transition plans, on actions identified at workshops.
  
  

I also help deliver the Civil Society engagement work:

• Support in arranging engagement activities.
• Support in communications with delegates, speakers and partners around events.
• Any other tasks as contracted by Better Century to deliver engagement activities.

What experience do you have to deliver this work?
I have an MSc in Economics and Policy from King’s College London. I have experience in the climate tech sector, where I built solutions across the built environment and food waste. Over the past year, I have been self-employed as a consultant for various companies and academic institutions. My expertise spans across sustainable finance, carbon markets and carbon accounting. Before working in climate, I was involved in the higher education sector, interacting with counsellors, prospective students and parents at his undergraduate university.

What do you believe is needed to overcome the nature and climate challenge?
Action to solve the current nature and climate challenge is most important. People’s involvement is key to enabling this, alongside the right data and expertise.
